I was a bit afraid after reading reviews on this hotel but I must be honest and say that you get very good value for the price. It is not a 5 star hotel but you can see the staff are trying their best based on the current situation in the economy. The staff are overly friendly and helpful My room was generally clean and towels were changed upon request. Food was served on time and was freshly made. The drinks were local alcohol and your regular fruit juices. Wifi was only available in the lobby. Given the fact that I do not visit magarita to stay inside and sleep whole day I'll definitely return to that hotel.
El hotel, en general, se encuentra descuidado, como consecuencia del deterioro y la falta de mantenimiento. Las áreas sociales y de la piscina merecen un remozamiento total. Con referencia a las habitaciones, unas se encuentran muy bien cuidadas.... Y otras, no tanto. Aunque todas son muy amplias y con una excelente vista al mar. Nos hospedarnos bajo el régimen todo incluído, por tres noches, y aunque no la pasamos nada mal, debemos indicar que la comida deja mucho que desear. Es abundante, pero nada variada y con una presentación bufet no acorde a un hotel 5 estrellas. En la parte gastronómica, deben mejorar muchísimo. Los jugos y los postres: desastre total. Muy mal (4/10). Aún así, la atención del personal es buena. Con las carencias a cuestas, hacen un esfuerzo por atender al huésped de la mejor manera. Debe hacerse mucho, especialmente en enfría estructura, para que este hotel vuelva a resplandecer como en sus viejos tiempos.

Estuvimos en el hotel Venetur en el cuadrod de una conferencia islámica de 3 días para la comunidad venezolana. El hotel es genial, el servicio es excelente, las piscinas de agua salada grandes y limpias, la comida excelente. Definitivamente, volvería.
O Hotel Venetur Margarita tem uma localização excelente, perto de centros comerciais, restaurantes e com fácil acesso à praia, o que facilita muito a estadia e os passeios pela ilha. A vista do hotel e a estrutura são bonitas e o espaço é bem grande.  Porém, o serviço e a manutenção poderiam melhorar. Algumas áreas parecem precisar de renovação e o atendimento nem sempre acompanha o nível da estrutura. Em geral, é um hotel com muito potencial pela localização, mas ainda tem pontos importantes a evoluir.
